The Orkin team from Bartonville, IL, servicing Peoria, just left our house after spending several hours on our roof, in our attic and crawl space, to provide pest exclusion services. Ryan Flanigan, our Orkin inspector, was instrumental in identifying vulnerabilities on our roof where unwanted pests could enter. Ryan was extremely friendly and helpful, answered all of our questions, visited our home twice to set up the exclusion and pest control services we need. We genuinely appreciate Ryan and his exclusion team: Danny, Xavier and Austin, and the pest control technician, Jacob. They worked together to ensure pests no longer have a way of entering our home. Today was my PC appt my exterminator by far was the best professional exterminator I’ve ever had Gavin also took the time to explain the process thoroughly as well addressing all my concerns not just for me but the safety my children given the extent of the information I gave. He listened & also provided a 5 star service & scheduled a home inspection a provided free service Orkin offers to check inside & outside for any other pest or vermin to insure quality of service. As I told Gavin it is finally starting to feel like a safe & pest free home thank you Gavin & Orkin for going over & beyond & giving my family peace of mind in our new home. Highly recommended

I’ve called 4-5 places, these were the most professional and easy to work with. Inspector put together a plan with visuals and itemized the options which was great. The guys who did the installation were super easy to work with, professional, told me what they were working on to keep me updated of progress. There’s a few minor things that could be better but overall, really satisfied with em and their work. Would recommend. Here’s the two minor things. On the plus side, they went under my deck and installed orkin shield- no other company would touch the deck. Overall quite happy. I messaged them and they came out today to take care of these concerns and a few other minor things
