The technician ultimately did a good job removing rat poop and sanitizing, but he only worked for 2hrs under my house instead of the estimated 5 hrs, and I still had to pay the full cost. He arrived on time initially 8-10am but had to wait for a hepa filter, then had to go out for a longer extension cord, then had to have mandatory lunch. Finally started working at 12:30pm.

I love knowing that an Orkin tech will be at our home to help keep spiders and rats out of my yard and house. We always get great support, even with sudden invasions of ants or any other pest. Orkin customer service reps are kind and helpful.

If you feel like lighting hundreds of dollars on fire and still having a rodent problem, then by all means, call Orkin. This isn't "pest control"—it's a high-priced theater performance where the only victim is your bank account. I paid a premium for "expert" intervention. Instead, a technician showed up, spent five minutes throwing four pathetic traps on the floor, and vanished. I could have done a more thorough job myself for the price of a cup of coffee. It is offensive how little work they actually do for the astronomical price they charge. The mouse is literally mocking me at this point, but Orkin is too busy rescheduling my appointments for the fifth time to care. The agent/expert that came out to inspect and treat our home was very professional. Believe his name was Rich/Richard. He’s been with the company, I think he said only since last year, so not too long. But you can tell from the information he shared with my family that his knowledge about pest control and preventative measures was very in depth. Now we know what preventative measures to take to avoid attracting the pests and also what to look for as first signs of pests in our home. Very professional & very knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend to any friends or neighbors that are in need of service.
