Professional service! John and Bill Carlson were extremely thorough. They spent a good amount of time investigating all areas of my home. They spent a significant amount of time in my attic and crawlspace. Orkin responded promptly to my inquiry. I messaged them on Monday and already have a plan in place for services. Thank you!

They were excellent in removing a very large and potentially life threatening hornets nest from a very low bush. The technician was patient and thorough and gave us peace that the pest were gone. The entire process was simple and very quick and we are thankful for their fast same day service.

VERY attentive to detail. Arrived on time and was very thorough in the inspection process. I knew I had one exterminator coming but when I got the knock at the door and in walks a TEAM?! I felt like I definitely made the right call and I did! They came in, inspected, treated and sent photos of everything to send to my landlord. On top of this, they were WAY less expensive than I thought! Will DEFINITELY call Orkin for ALL of my pest control needs from this point forward!

The experience was a great one! I was contacted a days ahead informing me that my bait stations were being checked. Due to landscaping some of the stations were damaged or dug up. Ian informed me that they should be replaced, he contacted his supervisor and told him the situation. He was, however, able to check the ones that remained in which there were no termite activity. I got a call, I think a day later, to schedule the replacement of those stations. Ian came that following day and replaced them. I was kept informed during the whole process. The professionals that arrived the day of the initial inspection of my parent’s home were amazing and very quickly able to assess the extent of damage she had and on what levels of the house as well as the areas of entry for the wildlife that had made it’s way inside the home. They were able to very quickly get a plan together and diagram what needed to be done by the team that would be quickly scheduled to come through and do the work needed. They also were efficiently able to walk me through financing the work and that application. I can’t offer high enough praise and recommendation! Excellent job!
