I just wanted to say Shawn Toole (Commercial account manager) was extremely helpful! Our business was in an urgent situation and he dropped everything to help me! It is extremely beneficial that they are available 7 days/week which you do not find at other pest companies. I would highly suggest Orkin for any commercial needs. Thank you again Shawn!

My Orkin tech, Richard (Ricky) was awesome. He explained the processes thoroughly. He was knowledgeable, efficient, personable and one of the best representatives that I've worked with in some time.

Starting out, I paid an obnoxious $248 ‘initial charge’ just to have someone out to my house for 15-20 minutes every OTHER month. At first my contract was for $103 a month, but after some negotiation (because the person that started my account added a mosquito treatment that I never asked for) , got it down to $55 a month. Which is better, but they only come every OTHER month. Then, I pay my balance on November 25th, and then receive an email on December 8th to be told I owe DOUBLE the amount that my bill usually is. Not even 2 weeks after I already paid. Then I try to speak with them on the phone and am told the same thing for days and days and days which is, “your balance is for your treatment on the 18th” but I paid on the 25th. Orkin is very good at appointment reminders and prompt text or calls before arriving. I am glad to have orkin come out to my home and do routine and in-between treatments. They are always respectful and listens to any concerns
