Orkin is very professional they call you when they are on their way, if slightly delayed very customer friendly. The tech that was here, Larry today, was not bothered with the dogs, in fact a little playful and worked around the icy conditions and did the whole house. Very polite and friendly and let us know if anything new was found (thankfully not)! Strongly recommend if you want experience and customer service.
