I really wanted to have a positive experience with Orkin, which is why I stayed with the service for over three years. I had heard great things about the company and trusted that my long-standing German roach issue would eventually be resolved. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Over the past three years, I have consistently followed the guidance provided to me and paid for ongoing service, yet the root problem has never been fully addressed. Most recently, after I left an honest review, Orkin reached out and offered three complimentary services to rectify the situation. We had our first service and were very impressed by the technician's (Overton Nichols) thoroughness. He quickly addressed our wasp problem and took time to explain his thoughts. He was punctual and polite.

Don't let orkin do yall crawlspace they did a poorly job under my house I have pic of everything they did first off the inspector didn't went under the house first off they left the old insulation under the house they was eating under the house then the distract manager Brandon say work was completely never done they have poorly workers took 5 people not doing the job correct way I would give them a negative u pay them 16k to run off with ur money like the distract manger don't care when I was under my house i had water under the the plastic and on top I so upset right now they didn't know what they was doing then they mess up my gutter please not go with orkin the worker should be excellent not half way if u want to believe me I show you all the pic 4 days of work not finish they don't I

If I could give them 0 stars I would. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY FOR SERVICE. They are terrible communicators and consistently lie about when they are coming out for service. They have seeminlgy put us the schedule for 4 weekends in a row and the morning of each time we get a call saying that no one is available to do the job. We are constantly told when booking that we are the first ones scheduled on the job for that day yet we will get a call saying they chose to go do a different job instead of ours and now have no manpower to be able to complete our job. This was an EXPENSIVE two day job that has now spanned over 30 days. Never again will I trust this company with my money or my business and you should not either.

The technician provided an excellent service who carefully explained possible causes and possible solutions to issues we discovered as we both traveled through my crawlspace and throughout my house. Hat's off for a job well done!!!
