Had a great experience with Orkin. Call them this morning and already had service performed by Kyle. Kyle took his time and answered all our questions. Very professional. We had an outbreak of Brown Recluse Spiders. Give them a call if you see any of these violin packing 8 legged invaders any other pests!

Our technician Bubba was absolutely outstanding—kind, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt confident in the service. It’s rare to find someone so professional and genuinely caring. Excellent experience from start to finish!

If I could leave a zero star I would. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever experience. I was quoted $803 plus an extra 4% off for the whole year of service because I was paying upfront for the year. The service guy gets here and they wouldn’t give me service for the amount I was quoted. He called his office and she quoted me another amount which was higher over the phone. He was at my house for 45 minutes while I was on hold waiting for the amount they quoted me to be approved. After my year is up I’ll be looking for a better company that understands customer service. The way I was treated was like I hacked into their system and gave myself a quote. DO BETTER

Here is the deal! My mother paid for this so called service. Orkin received her money but did not come out and do the inspection. My brother in law found small tunnels under her garage. My 86 year old mother called 4 different times concerned she might have termites.Each time that she called she was given the run around! Always excuses! My sister called and asked that the manager call her. The manager never called her! This incident has happened over a two month. Please do not use this service! Orkin does not treat the elderly with respect!

Loved the guy who came , he was very nice and was showing me what I needed to be looking for and what was what . All around great job !
