Don’t hire them. They are expensive, not professional and have left an absolute mess everywhere. We hired them over two weeks ago for a rat problem in our basement. They talked us into insulation in the crawl space and re-doing insulation in the attic (preventative, no evidence of rats or mice there) with removal of the old. The exclusion was unsuccessful, the rats just dug new holes and they have not come by to fix those. On top, they had me clean out the space first. Plus, the first team has dropped a paint bucket in the basement and roughly cleaned the surface but left the tiles, wall and grout stained without informing me as if I wouldn’t notice.
