Orkin

The tech Russell did an excellent job assessing my issues. I thought I had yellow jackets 🐝 but it turned out to be carpenter bees. He showed me the holes they dig in the ground next to tree roots! I had swarms of them and I have a kitty 🐈‍⬛ that loves to go in the area where they were. Russell sprayed the holes with can spray poison and before he left we both noticed a positive impact of less bees.

I have had service with Orkin for many years. Never had a problem. If I call and ask them to come back out and spray again, it is never a problem. My rep (Randy) is always so pleasant and professional. He always does a very thorough inspection/spray of my property and is always willing to answer any questions that I may have.

The young man (Jeffrey) who came to exterminate was professional, extremely courteous and answered all my questions. I would give him and the service provided 5stars. Scheduling issues (scheduled an appointment, office called to cancel then scheduled a different day but the time was miscommunicated, etc) was very frustrating. The young woman was quite pleasant and courteous which I appreciated. I would absolutely call them again but the first time was a little bit of a challenge. To be fair, life is challenging for us all and I hope my review reflects the courteous way everyone engaged w me.

Been with Orkin a while and never really had good results. Notified the office and Eric Nelson was assigned. We finally see positive results!!!

My husband and I are very pleased with the services we received from Orkin so far. The technician explained all the things he was going to do and very professional. I would most definitely recommend their services to other people
