Terrible experience. There seems to be little communication between the corporate scheduling people and the field people. My first appointment was cancelled at the last minute. The second appointment was about to be cancelled until I contacted the tech person and begged him to show up. It has been 3 weeks since the visit and there has been no followup communication. Meanwhile I was forced to pay a monthly fee for one year to get this service. I have no idea what the company is going to do. Will they follow up? Very bad experience.

I’ve been using them for over a year. Good experience at first, but they have been falling off within the past 6 months. From poor communication to no call no show. They change appointments last minute (literally last minute) after you wait for the 2hrs for them to arrive. If an appointment has been made at a set time, they need to keep that appointment. Do better Orkin!!!!
