Orkin

We spent thousands of dollars with ORKIN, getting our attics, cleaned out, disinfected, sealed, and re-insulated. Not only did ORKIN not clean and sanitize all the spaces, I had two people in leadership come say the work was fine, when there was clearly mouse poo and squirrel, poo and acorns, and every example of rodent still in our attic after their failed attempt of cleaning. We have now spent hundreds of additional dollars and countless hours in our own attic doing the job ourselves. I would not recommend ORKIN. They are sales people trying to take your money and don’t seem to really care about the results. What a waste of my money.

I had a terrible tenant that caused an infestation in my home not identified till his exit. Orkin has been most effective. I don’t see any more critters. The company are consistent and easy to work with. They are constantly communicating with me to alert date of service, who is coming and when they arrive and follow up after the visit to make sure I am pleased with my service. They make it easy to reschedule by working within the limits of my schedule. The young lady who answers the phone is always polite and knowledgeable. And most importantly, it’s the same nice tech at every visit. I’d recommend Orkin to everyone.
