Mike Green is very kind, professional and knowledgeable about his job. I am happy they are determined to help us get down to the root of the problem and are ready to help us any time we need. Answers all questions nicely and doesnt make u feel like your smaller then him because u know less. Does his job great and im a happy customer. Will continue business and I recommend them as well!

We’ve been Orkin customers for many years, and while we’ve had several technicians over time, our current Orkin technician, Michael, is by far the best. He communicates clearly, explains what he’s doing, and is always respectful and kind. You can tell he truly cares about doing a good job. Our service has improved tremendously since Michael started handling our account. We genuinely appreciate his professionalism and the pride he takes in his work!

Excellent experience. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Arrived timely and did the work quickly, explaining what he found (and more importantly that he was not finding any roaches. This was the second visit and the first seems to have worked well. Highly recommend him and Orkin.

Appointments don’t seem to be reliable. We scheduled service for today, but it was moved to tomorrow without any notice. I’d recommend calling to confirm your appointment, as they don’t proactively notify you of changes. Hoping the service is completed as expected on the rescheduled date.
