I’ve been very cautious with pest companies in the past. Orkin truly was a breath of fresh air. They took the time to help me understand how things can develop in the life of insects. Orkin made sure I understood all the possibilities and worked with me to find the best solution for me. They’ve always been very courteous and prompt when scheduled for a visit. I cannot stress how nice it is to have a company treat you well and be on time. I will recommend to all my friends and family!!
Lack of communication between the call center and the local office. When I called the 1800 number it gave online (a call center) I was given a price for 3 months. When the tech came I was told that was for one treatment. The tech also told me with what I paid for one treatment I could of put a few dollars with it and had services for a year. I was very disappointed being told to totally different things.
The technician came with one hour of calling and gave us an extremely great price and the bug killer 👌👍 started working imetiataly I am very impressed!!
Not too impressed. We live in a rural area & was surprised to find out that that they sub-contract with with local companies for service. Could not get a direct number & did not receive a timely call-back.
The manager at this location is really great!
