I got Orkin specifically to help with a Wasp issue and pay $56 every two months for them to not help with the wasps at all. When it comes to other bugs they do a great job but with me SPECIFICALLY agreeing to the contract due to wasps I expected more since my Fiance is very allergic to them. I told them how tall my house is when I signed so why is it an issue. On top of the $56 bi-monthly bill I have been paying they want to charge me $395 Just because they need a ladder. I could buy 3 ladders with that amount. Why am I paying monthly fees if they will not help with the job I initially signed up for?! In november the wasps hibernated so I was like okay whatever it doesnt matter if they didnt do anything for them but now that I am in need and the inside and outside of my house is having was

Frederick Watkins from Orkin came by and helped us with our bug problem today and he really did a great job! Better pricing than 2 other companies in our area and they offered to come out the same day! 10 out of 10 definitely recommend

I see all the great reviews about Orkin however that was not my experience! Mike went from $0 to $20k that he expected my elderly parents to pay! No alternative options, nothing! It was like they have good credit and he wasn’t concerned that they are on fixed incomes. My opinion simply elder abuse!

Jamie is our guy. He’s extremely professional, very polite, and very personable. He always speaks to my children who are always curious as to what he is doing. Our house is critter free and that’s all thanks to Jamie. He is extremely knowledgeable and always takes care of any issues that may arise. We couldn’t be happier with the service.
