We recently bought a new construction house, and we wanted to make sure that we didn't have any pest issues. Richard has been our technician since we moved in, and he has done exemplary work. He is a polite, hardworking, honest man of God, and has exceeded all of our expectations. He double checks everything and gives us additional advice after he completes every service. We're blessed to have him as our technician. Truly 5 star service. Thank you Richard!

I’ve had 3 home visits so far and each one has been great! All of the technicians were very knowledgeable and knew exactly what they were doing. They gave me great insights on what to look for and how to prevent future problems. So far everything has been great! I’ve only had my contract with Orkin since August 2025 so I’ll be sure to update my review when my contract is over as well.

Received a notification that the tech had arrived at my house at 11:45am. Went outside and checked to see if they were there and saw no one. Waited around outside for about 10 minutes and still no one was there. I ended up calling to see what was up and they told me the tech checked in at 11:45am and checked out at 12:05pm. There were two pictures that were taken, im assuming to show proof they were at my house. The pictures were of a patch of grass, which is weird because that could literally be anyone's patch of grass. I went back and looked at previous services and noticed that all of the pictures were of my yard or my house, so hard to believe that its obvious they were at my house based off of 2 pictures (exactly the same picture btw) of a patch of grass. I have had a great experience with Orkin from the moment I called, the full thorough and detailed inspection of my home to address my concerns all the way to the gentleman that got the job done today!
