When we went with ORKIN we were nervous at first because the First Lady that is a costumer service rep gave an attitude when I told her I’ll call back cause I wanted to think about it. But I’m glad I called back I got a nicer lady the second time and the exterminator was great!!! We love him and he did a great job and answered all our questions before he began.

Robert was very pleasant and knowledgeable about his job. He was very patient with me because I had a few questions. Very pleased with his work and his professionalism.

Orkin’s service is terrible about letting you know when they are going to come by or when they have you scheduled. You would think you would get a week notice that it is that time for your semi annual termite inspection. But they can’t even be bothered. They just show up. And if you have a fenced in back yard with a locked gate well they only do half the job. The pest control was no better when I had them either. I’d get a call saying they were in their way. Well I need more than 20 min to make sure I’ve scheduled to be home working that day. It’s absolutely ridiculous. And no matter how many times I’ve called and complained about this nothing ever gets fixed so I just stopped. I eventually cancelled the pest control. I probably should look into a different termite company as well at this

Although I felt that the initial inspection was thorough, I was told my guesthouse had no termite activity. This was later found to be untrue. I was assured by multiple Orkin employees that the treatment chemicals used were safe for humans and pets and only being used in the attic and behind the walls (Termidor & Boracare). However, during the attic treatment, I experienced a severe allergic reaction, including eye burning, throat tightness, muscle spasms, stomach pain, weakness, and headache. I had to leave my home mid-treatment and when I returned home around 7pm I began experiencing the same symptoms and made the decision to stay in a hotel overnight due to the intensity of the reaction. My sister recommended them to me. I visited their website around 8:00 pm and they responded immediately. We scheduled the service, and they were excellent. The gentleman who came to my house, Mr. Sean, was very friendly and explained the entire process. This was my first visit, and I'm very satisfied with their service.
