Phillip is Outstanding and his service—timely, professional, and consistently excellent. Phillip always listens to my concerns and explains clearly what he can do and how he plans to solve the problem. He then gets right to work and handles everything efficiently. He’s also very mindful of my dog and my safety concerns, which I truly appreciate. Highly recommend!

ORKIN, I hired so they could help keep rats out from my home this all started from dirty renters next to me. ORKIN, is NOT GOOD! Nor would I recommend them!! If you reside in Pahrump PLS PLS DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO ORKIN. For rodents. Pls DO NOT. They only ONLY COME OUT AND SERVICE CERTAIN DAYS OF THE MTH. So if you have a rat issue because of dirty neighbors YOU SHOULD HIRE A LOCAL COMPANY “1TUF pest control Brendon is amazing! I will post a video it’s disgusting but I too have 9 cats who traumatized this rat. We rescued it took it to the dump. To live its life in fun! Not in my house. totally recommend orkin, i had been with them before due to a roach problem, they were amazing and super friendly, they didn’t rush they took there time, and i haven’t had a roach problem for 3 years, unfortunately i started seeing roaches again and orkin was my first choice. mike was so amazing with helping me getting a good deal, and the technician who came out, is super friendly and took his time to make sure he had sprayed every spot and set traps. after his treatment i haven’t seen one.. they never fail me. their absolutely the best.

Great customer service on the initial call. Great overall service when the technician came to the house. Very thorough and really felt like I was taken care of. Have you several other companies and by far this is the best, hands-down.

Our technician was Rafael and he was excellent! Extremely polite, knowledgeable, professional and on time. He explained everything he was doing from start to finish and was very thorough. He started off with a general inspection and then gave us a pre-maintenance treatment around our home as a precaution. I hope we have him again for our next pest maintenance appointment. Excellent! Update: 3/26/25- Steven Schultz did an excellent job per usual at our home. I explained to him that we recently got a new puppy and if there was anything we should know before letting him in the yard. He was very informative and told us when it would be safe for the pup to go out once he was finished! We love having Steven as our technician!
