Omelio was great and very patient in explaining things to me and my dad, he was very informative and kind. Setting up the appointment was also very easy, great service overall. The price is a bit much for me because I'm broke as a joke, but to be fair I have no clue what other companies charge..... maybe Orkin is the cheapest, or maybe not. I didn't bother comparing prices, I just needed someone asap and didn't want to waste any time. Based on service alone, and how thorough Omelio was , I'm a happy camper !

Wow! What a professional service… I was worried about termites in my condo, and Carlos was quick to have availability to come for an assessment, confirm my fears, and set up a treatment within 48 hours. Carlos was both friendly and professional, an expert in this field, and so respectful of my home, and my time. From the text reminders about when he would arrive, to real-time information, so as to keep me up-to-date, communication was impeccable. He was able to outline my options and the 5 year warranty, and told me everything I needed to know as a homeowner, with no BS. One of his seasoned agents, a gentleman named Elder, also showed up on time, even though my phone was on the fritz and I didn’t answer, and he made his way to my home. I know I signed a waiver to release them from roof damage but this is unacceptable. Update: August 24th 2025, about 2 weeks after tenting, noticed termites still inside the home. Orkin comes out next day to inspect. Orkin says the contractor who did the tenting has final say. Sep 20, 2025. Contractor who did the tenting did a self investigation and determined there are no active termites. Will not tent the house again. October 03, 2025. Found more droppings in the cabinets. Orkin says this is normal and the dropping are settling and falling down from existing holes. January 15, 2026. I opened up the baseboard to find a lot of termites. Please see video in this review. I do not recommend.

Moved into a ground level house (I’ve been an apartment / condo personal for the last 20 years) and noticed I had a serious ant problem within the first few weeks of moving in. A few ants at first but the up to 10-20 ants a day I’d see throughout the apartment! I called Orkin right away and my initial tech (Carlos) assessed and layed out a plan to get rid of the problem within a few weeks. It did take a bit longer (5 / 6weeks) but I couldn’t be happier with the results. I can confidently open a drawer, cabinet or simply walk through my place and know there isn’t an ant to be seen. My new tech (Adrian) is great! Helps keeping up with the maintenance. Shows up on time. Always with a smile and I couldn’t be happier. 10/10 service AND results.

Joshua Lopez was amazing. Super helpful and very knowledgeable. He walked me through the process, and I feel so much more comfortable about it all.
