I had my home serviced today by Orkin Pest Control, and I am genuinely impressed with the level of kindness, enthusiasm, and professionalism their team brought from the moment they arrived. They treated my home with so much care, and it honestly felt like they were treating their own. The technicians sprayed the entire outside of my home and sealed all of my outdoor vents with wire mesh and caulking to prevent anything from coming back in. Inside, they placed about 10 traps throughout the house and focused on problem areas—especially around my China cabinet, which had been infested with roaches. They handled it quickly and thoroughly. Orkin is on it! Very thorough from the very beginning. Jesse was the service member that came out and he was outstanding. Gave us lots of information and went over the process with us, grateful for the service.

We have a cabin up in the mountains and these guys keep it clean and problem free of rodents, ants, spiders. We are grateful for them. Jessie keeps an eye on everything for us weekly and if something looks off he calls the big guns in and Charles takes it from there. I trust these guys and their company completely.

First two services were great! However the third service I received a text that Kevin was on his way out to service our home on 1/28, so I took the day off work, but Kevin never showed up.
