Orkin

My initial call to Orkin (Amanda) was courteous, and she was willing to assist. This is my first time using Orkin Pest Service (Feb.6, 2025). I called the Stafford, Tx location. The Technician (Kolby) was very nice and very informative. He sprayed all areas, and will return next month (March 2026). I also requested that a Termite Technician come out. Mr. Samuel was also nice and informative. He gave me some quotes, and I intend to get back with him later.

They’re very good at taking care of any insect or rodent issues I may have!! I been using them for awhile now and I don’t have any complaints. The pest control technicians & their customer service are very nice & helpful 😊. I highly recommend this facility!! 👍

Excellent customer service. Friendly and professional. Kayote was very thorough in his explaination of different treatments and suggestions for securing our house from unwanted critters. We opted to have the house treated from a long term termite infestation. The technicians showed up on time and explained what they would be doing. Again very professional and friendly. Thank you, Orkin!!

The technician for the services today was very good, however, the company as a whole is very bad as they still have not made corrections to my last complaint. At this point, I see I’m going to have to go to a lawyer to get things resolved.

Koby has been taking care of my home for over a year now and the result have been great! When he started I was dealing with spiders and ants, along with a few other pests. He has been thorough about treating the outside of the house, inside of the house, and the yard. Now these pests are gone and I no longer have to worry about them.
