The reason I am giving 3 stars is due to customer service. I got the flea and mite treatment. I received no instructions in how to prepare the house for the 1st application. When the Orkin pro arrived we were informed of the things we should have done. My husband and I were for hours vacuum and thinking we’re getting the house ready. They gave us 15 min and then the Pro knocked on the door saying the manager told that he couldn’t wait any longer and we would have to reschedule. But we were still within the 2 hour window they gave us for the pro to arrived. The first application requires to be 4 hours out the house with pets. So reschedule it is not easy. That was very upsetting causing unnecessary stress for humans and pets. If you are reading this, make sure you ask for what needs to be d
