I was offered a same day appointment for an inspection and treatment. The service plan for ongoing treatment is very reasonably priced. Communication from the company and my exterminator was impressive. Drew was professional, listened attentively to my concerns and explained the treatment plan. He was respectful of me, my home and my dogs. 😊

Switching from a different company to ORKIN was such a fantastic decision. The communication is great, but Ted, the service representative is one of the most knowledgeable and helpful people you will find with any company. Instead of five stars Ted deserves a hundred stars plus. Sad I’m moving out of state and losing him.

The service I received from Orkin was inferior and ghetto. In spite of there being clear signs of mice on all three floors of my home (droppings on the floor along the walls and droppings in the heat vents, on the night stands) etc., the technician placed traps in the garage only. The initial visit was on Dec 16, 2025. As of today, January 20, 2026, Orkin has not corrected the issue with no traps being set inside the house. I asked for a refund and they said I had to wait another week to get a call from their service person Hughes to set up an appointment for him to come to my house and respond to me about why there were only traps set in the garage give me info on whether or not my money will be refunded.

Joe and Shawn/Sean came to my residence on time and very polite and professional. Joseph was very pleasant and explained everything he would be doing. Joe was very knowledgeable of mice culture and made sure if we didn’t understand, he took the time with patience to explain. He was very kind and considerate and very professional. In conclusion, he had our home looking like Fort Know by the time he left, and made sure no options for this mouse to hide was limited.. Special Tks to Misty and her excellent customer service. We felt we made the right decision in hiring your company. Now it’s the waiting process to see if the hard work wasn't in vain. Thank you Orkin William

The service tech and the inspector arrived on time and was very polite and detailed. The inspector was very informative and did an excellent job. Overall, they were an outstanding team . Will definitely recommend to my other family members. Really great service
