He greeted everyone with a warm smile, including our dog, who instantly fell in love with him—that level of patience and warmth is not easy to come by! She had all answers. Tech Kyle assigned to our service call. Kyle was exceptional. We appreciated all issues & he was thoughtful, friendly, professional & very kind! We look forward to Kyle’s return in a month. We had a 60ft tree taken down last Fall. This tree stopped many spiders from flying to our house & garage. I've been a customer for ~1 year. My regular technician Chris is fantastic! Super knowledgeable, outstanding customer service, and very punctual. I can't say enough good things about the level of service I've received! HIGHLY recommended.

Chris was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He took his time to really go over our house during our quarterly visit and helped with an ant problem that had just started. I highly recommend Chris and the Orkin team!

My price reflected a monthly contract that went on for two years, that extermination plan wasn't working. Over a four month time I left several message for the local manger to call, I was told that the field rep would call me to setup an appointment to address my concerns that were not being addressed and the rodent problem persisted. Mountain redwood Rats were eating my house like Swiss cheese and filling the walls and ventilation system with feces and acorns. That rep return call never happed after two requests. When someone came out they didn't have time to talk about my problems, and even more, at no time did Orkin offer assistance in solutions to the problem or help, they just found excuses as to why there were rodents. the rodent problem cost me 15K in electrical repairs that could h
