I can go with any pest control company but I stay with Orkin because they hired the best person for this job. Michael is the most professional, reliable, and flexible person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He’s always willing to work with my busy schedule and does a great job keeping pests out of our home.

Have been very pleased with service went from regular cockroach sightings on our new to us home purchase to nothing. Scheduled visits were as indicated and always arrived when stated. Representative was thorough and explained procedure very concisely.

My technician Marshall was very friendly and knowledgeable of the services he was providing. The prices are very reasonable. And I pray my problem will be solved in a few months.

In terms in service they were good. As expected ORKIN is one of the first companies to do this so I get it. In terms on communication it feels like they’re still working out the kinks. Techs just showing up to the house without any prior notice, techs taking it upon themselves to schedule days that we didn’t even agree on, scheduling with the company was only talked about between me and the coordinator but wasn’t even talked about with the techs.

Jody was my Orkin rep, he came out & done a through inspection, he explained everything and more on termites, I had Terminex out also, they were cheaper in price but me & my Wife chose Orkin due to Joey's presentation. The trement guys were out the very next day and got the job completed, they were both very polite and helpful.
