Caleb is the best to work with. Good guy. He always goes over everything thoroughly and precisely and reassues any concerns we have. He always has tips to approach different issues and prevent them altogether. Antonio took good care of making sure the hornet nest the size of a beach ball was safely removed from the tree in our front yard. Called early morning offered a same day service took care of the problem away. Loved that it was guaranteed- to remove the hornets from our yard.

The most terrible experience. A simple project took nearly 2 years (22 months) to be completed. Only after numerous attempts on our end to contact the company was it resolved after being told on multiple occasions it would be addressed and completed, but they failed to follow through. After constant communication and demanding that enough be enough was it done. And still, after 22 months I was still told “it was not a priority”. I have been told that both a branch manager and a regional manager would be contacting me (I have a reference number and documented proof of this) and still it has been 2 weeks and I have not heard anything. We spent thousands of dollars on a service to be neglected and forgot about. Visits were made by Orkin to address to the situation only to be told that it was

I contacted Orkin at night and they picked up and gave me a price right away. They were very busy but still came out a few days later. Benjamin came out today and took care of everything we needed addressed. He was professional and friendly and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Orkin and their services.
