Orlando Fuel Service

We have used Orlando for years without issue. However, recently in looking through our bank account, we noticed a random $500 charge from Orlando. This caught our attention because, we usually fill our tank which is never an even number. We called and it just got a "whoops don't know how that happened." Sharing this in case it happened to others, hopefully not. The charge for us was in late November.

The best choice for home heating oil in the Metrowest area, by far. Friendly office and drivers, prompt delivery, and incredibly accomodating when you're most in need. Always a good experience!

We have used Orlando exclusively for the past five years. Their prices are always very good, and we have had nothing but outstanding service. We had a problem with the gauge on our tank for a while, so on more than a few occasions called right as we were running out, or had already run out. They always have responded immediately, and both their office staff and drivers have been more than responsive and understanding when we've been in an emergency situation. We recommend them highly.
