ORR Custom Cabinets

Absolutely horrible experience dealing with Kerry. I was proactive on possible issues and Kerry still missed the mark, creating a reactivate situation. They did not measure correctly with a valuted ceiling and had to cut a bunch of cabinets and cover with trim. The cabinets are sub par. Many of the cabinets had been damaged on transport and install, you can see the touch up painting. This review comes a few years after the install and the cabinet frustration over time has hit peak levels. Drawers don't close, used mdf when it was to be poplar. Wish I would have gone with another shop for sure!

Absolutely horrible. Kerry has completely destroyed a multi million dollar house. Work is very poor. They rarely show up. He started to install the cabinet package in October and it is almost June and is still not finished. This is a new construction customer home. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor.

These guys just dig an amazing job for my brother Matt, new cabinet fronts/frames/crown molding/the works, and it looks amazing. VERY fast, affordable, great customer service. Call these guys with whatever wood work you need. Jeff, you are the man!

Would not recommend. Cabinet doors are warped in some areas and overall craftsmanship is not ideal. Very basic cabinets and designs. My experience was very lackluster.

I'm a remodeling contractor. Worked with many cabinet companies. These are great folks.
