Ortiz Contractor

I do not recommend Ortiz. We paid 10k and got the lowest grade of Sherwin Williams paint they could buy even after I expressed it was a concern TWICE BEFORE they painted! We hired them to paint 2 rooms in our house, scrape popcorn ceiling and paint them, replace window trim on 2 windows and baseboards. The rooms aren't large. The trim around the windows have the gaps (where the trim meets in the corners) and sticks out like a sore thumb. They didn't replace the shoe moulding on a section after they could see and recognized after I pointed it out It has the old 1/4 round and the new is a bigger shoe moulding so they don't meet im the corner. There is a 2 inch space on both sides as well. I asked them to fix it. I was told "don't worry, we will fix it". It never was fixed! There are yellow

It would be great if the workers would quit speeding down my neighborhood street like they are on a highway! They have a location on annette drive in boulder bluff and speed down the road EVERY SINGLE DAY! We have small children on our road and we are all tired of it!

My husband and I highly recommend Ortiz Contractor. They did an OUTSTANDING job with renovations on our home. We are extremely happy with everything. Thank you all for a job well done.

Ortiz trimmed two large branches over my roof and cleaned up my yard that had been neglected for many years. I must say I am impressed. All of my neighbors and passerbys have commented on how nice it looks. Ortiz was priced reasonably , communicated well, completed work in a timely manner and were considerate of my property. They even hosed my car off after they were done. I will be using them for future remodeling projects.

The owner of the company Salvador is very unprofessional. We signed contract with him and all he wants is money. All what was included in contract he signed as not doing it at all and want extra money. Don’t hire him he is a liar and unreasonable person. The worst experience ever. We got few friends who had the same issue with him when he took the money and never done the job. Look at the electrical panel, what they have done to my electrical panel. This is dangerous!!! Avoid this company and this guy!!!
