Working with Cesar was such a pleasure! We've honestly had bad experiences with contractors in the past so I went in nervous but he was utterly competent and professional on every level. His references were glowing! He proved again and again he didn't need my supervision and had everything 100% under control so I could relax and focus on my own work. He responded to email and texts in a timely manner, and was always happy to explain what was going on or be flexible when I had requests. I also really appreciated his directness when he needed something to make the work or inspections go smoothly: he didn't need much from me, but when he did it was very clear. I can’t emphasize how great it was working with Cesar. I have gone through three home remodels and full build-outs of two small businesses, and Cesar has been the easiest and most skilled contractor to date. I own a high-end medical clinic in San Francisco. The build-out depends on meticulous attention to detail. Venetian plastered walls, exposed wooden ceilings, marble reception desk etc. The level of craftsmanship that Cesar’s team executed went above and beyond. When picking a contractor, I received three quotes and Cesar fell right in between. Please don’t make the mistake of choosing a contractor solely on who quotes you the lowest number. Look at the quotes. Get detailed explanations and you’ll find that you are rarely comparing apples to apples. Bottom line: this is a guy you can
