Ortlieb Moving & Storage Co

This is the second time we have had Ortlieb load or unload us. After coming back from overseas, I was beyond nervous. As soon as I saw it was Kevin and his crew, I felt at ease. They are punctual, respectful, organized, and a pleasure to have deal with all of our most cherished items. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much for your hard work! I was exhausted, and I can’t imagine how they must feel in this heat. Not one complaint or even break really. We pretty much had to make them sit down and eat for lunch! God bless your business.

I was very nervous moving from Valdosta, Georgia with an international move. I had heard horror stories about moving companies! I owe a VERY BIG THANK-YOU to Ortlieb Moving & Storage Co. Inc. of Valdosta. Kevin and his team of 3 packers and 1 extra for loading, all movers were great! Everyone knew what they were doing. They packed us in May! 3 months door to door we received our shipment of 9 crates! I had my doubts but our moving experience was seamless. I gave the team a hard time about everything being crated and organized. Due to weather, the last hour of pack out was crazy with loading. We used this moving company for a PCS overseas back in February. I was worried as this was our first military move. However, we just recently received our items and have to say how amazing of a job the workers did at packing our stuff!! Even our most fragile items were still in tact. Nothing arrived broken or damaged. All boxes marked on our inventory arrived as well. I’m very pleased with this company and highly recommend them!!

We’ve heard horror stories about moving companies here and were nervous at first. These men showed up early and quickly got to work. They were very polite and did an amazing job. I have no complaints they were efficient and knew what they were doing for sure. It’s hard finding a good moving company that does well and treats your entire life belongings with respect and we were able to have that with our move.

Dealing with a military PCS right now. They contracted this company to move our stuff. They were supposed to take 2 days to pack our stuff and 1 day to load for transport. The manager made the call (site unseen) to pack in just 1 day, this was not enough time and they sent only 2 packers which did not even have enough tape to do the job. They were informed that all our stuff was in a storage facility and everything would need to be repacked professionally. They did not do this even after I called the corporate office to report this. They left boxes unrepacked, crushed, unsealed, and flat out did NOT do their job! They were late, and unprepared. The loading and driving crew were told "it's about 8,000 lbs" and I told the driver that nobody bothered to ever come out and take a look at what
