went out of their way for me, even helped me bleed. My system didn’t charge me. Nothing came an hour after I called one and two other places left me hanging and not to mention there was a bad storm coming and he still got me on the list. I recommend these guys 100 percent

Very rude and unreliable. I have used Ortona for years for my three rentals in Marion Heights. I just came up to check on one of our rental properties. The Tenants could not afford to put oil in the tank and let it run out. I was going to pay for their oil so they had heat and they could pay me back. Ortona refused to deliver. I never spoke with this woman before, but she was NASTY. They said we were commercial because I was a landlord. I said it is a residential property. I do not have a business they are in my personal name. She said they would fill it for the tenants but not for me. I feel this is an SHAMEFUL way to do business. This company has helped me out twice when running out of oil when they didn’t have to because of their hours. I appreciate the friendliness, professionalism, and promptness of their business. I highly recommend this company.
