Update to my previous review. We are continuing to have major problems with the septic system that was installed by Orv's. They came out to fix a crushed pipe that was improperly installed the first time and told us the problem we were having was fixed. Fast forward to this winter and we are having the EXACT same problem they said they fixed. When I called to ask them why it is happening again I am told they have no idea and they fixed it. Not sure how it can be considered fix when the EXACT some problem is happening. They are continuing to take no accountability for the problems we are having and refusing to make it right. I would strongly advice anyone considering having Orv's come and install or work on a septic system to steer clear and go with someone else. Customer service a

I'm always impressed by their great service. They are reasonably priced and always come in a timely manner.

They installed a septic system for us and we have had several problems with it. Poorly packed dirt which leads to collapsed underground pipes is one of them. Jerry likes to argue and be very rude and defensive when you are pointing out the problems and then charge you full price to fix a problem that was created when they did the installation. On a positive note, when I hung up on a very rude Jerry and called the main office I was able to have a civil conversation with her and had my concerns addressed. I would still be hesitant about doing business if Jerry is involved. Rudeness does not belong in customer service and if a problem arises due to your installation it should be addressed accordingly.

Best guys ever! After fixing the issue they explained what they did and why it happened reasonably priced.
