I have to order when my tank is at 50% to make sure I don’t run out of propane. It took 20 days to get my last delivery and I had run out of propane for 4 days. I believe there is only one truck that delivers. Maybe they should think about getting a 2nd delivery truck so there is not such a long wait period!

I live a mile away and they've run me out of #2 oil a few times. They sorely need an additional truck or another shift but apparently can't afford it so either get used to the idea of calling 2 weeks ahead, at a min, or take your business to Centerra because Orwell Oil (21st Century) is obviously struggling with customer demand.

-1⭐ The earliest they have ever come out to fill the propane tank was 3 weeks. That was the first time the filled the tank. The next 2 fills took 4 weeks and they would only put in 250-350 gallons in a 500 gallon tank. Today marks 4 weeks since he ordered it and they still haven't come out to fill it. And now his tanks empty... I called, was on hold for 10 minutes before it gave me the option to leave a message. I called again got a representative, she put me on hold to contact dispatch to see if they could make a delivery, 5 minutes later she hung up on me. Another representative called me returning my message and she said she had to email dispatch and would call me if she gets an answer. Two weeks and still no fuel oil delivery that I had to pay over $800 up front it. They cant even give me a date on delivery. Tank is almost empty. I don’t know want happened from last year, but this is ridiculous.

Called many times out of heating oil says will be 3 weeks before delivery the company was better before it was sold
