OSC Inc-Opperman Electric

I was a long way from home last winter and I needed my generator serviced asap. I call a company in Waterford recommend by my neighbor. That service man not only damaged my generator he did a hard sell for a replacement! I called the generator manufacturer and they as much as said he was a crook! They recommend I call OSC. I did and the service fellow Mike arived within an hour. He repaired the damage and my generator has run perfect . All this while I was in a hospital and not able to return home for 2 more months. I highly recommend OSC in Lapeer. Ed. Noble.

I made an appointment with Randy the owner on 8/27 to come on 9/4 at 9am for a standby generator estimate. Got up early and waited until 9:30 and called them. Randy said he forgot about it, no apology and offered to still come out. NO THANKS

Bumped into Dave at a local hardware store. My husband and I were looking for a particular light bulb to be able to dim our living room lamp which is absurdly bright. Dave happened to be looking in the same area. He pointed out exactly what we were looking for and mentioned a dimmer switch to help with the problem. After leaving the aisle, he ended up finding what we would need to help with our issue. He found us an aisle or two down and brought it right to us. Even though we aren't technically customers, the experience we did have with an employee of O.S.C was wonderful!

Had them service my generic for the last few yrs… decided to check the battery before winter…. Cables were so corroded and battery covered in acid it was obvious that they hadn’t served my battery in yrs… so disappointed…. Won’t be calling them for service again!!!!

We have called them twice recently for damaged lines. They came out the same day and fixed them at a reasonable price.
