I would highly recommend Oscars Carpet One, because of the ease and professionalism during our project. From the moment we visited their Williamstown location until the carpet installation everything was communicated thoroughly and completed as promised. The two installers were excellent, taking their time obtaining the measurements, creating the template, and installation. Their attention to detail is quite impressive. We rarely write reviews, but this team truly deserves recognition. The entire process was seamless, thanks to the professionalism of every staff member. Our consultant and man in charge, Mike Van Horn, was incredibly responsive, offered great recommendations, and was helpful in every way possible. The turnaround time from start to finish was exceptional. This involved installing laminate flooring in three rooms on our first floor. In the office, Amanda proved to be courteous and highly knowledgeable, providing payment terms and install set-ups very quickly. Finally, the install team was top-notch—they were efficient, clean, and genuinely friendly.

I just got new carpet from Oscar's and I love it! It was a great experience from beginning to end. Amber was very helpful with picking put a great carpet and the price was amazing. Mike and Matt did an excellent job installing the carpet and were very professional and helpful. I had a great experience with Oscar's and will be using them to get the rest of my house done.

Working with Oscars Carpet has been great. The whole team is very nice and accommodating. Their prices seem fair and comparable to others in the area. Sam and his team were great to work with. Sam spent a good deal of time working with my HOA to make sure their HOA’s requirements were fulfilled. Matt and Mike were on time for installation and did a great job. They were very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!
