He either didn't see the severity of the problem in the attic or didn't bother to tell me. I'm not sure which is worse. A blanket "I recommend a certified pest inspector" statement wasn't enough.

Literally would never recommend any other home inspector aside from Dan. When it comes to this process you want someone you trust and deff someone with a thorough report. That’s exactly what you get what Dan and this company. Highly highly recommend!!!

Used Dan on an inspection of a new construction home. His prompt arrival, detailed inspection & willingness to answer any questions I had were top of the line. He pointed out every issue & even let us know where important things were in the home such as main water shut off, gas shut off & so on. The portal to view inspections and create a list to give to our attorney & realtor was very easy to use. We then called him out 2 more times for re-inspections and was met with the same professional outcome. I never once doubted Dan’s ability to inspect the home. The seller on the other hand did not have confidence in Dan as a home inspector and we were made to get private inspection by each individual department for the specific issues that Dan kept saying were not fixed. Dan was prompt, in fact I arrived at the house before the scheduled time and he was already there and working. He was extremely thorough, answered all questions, explained the 'whys' and 'why nots' and offered suggestions. The report was completed quickly and was extremely detailed. Dan is very nice and has a calm demeanor. I would definitely recommend him to everyone.
