I needed a reroof for a property in Naples with a pending sale, and I live out of state. I got quotes from a few companies but had the best interaction, response time, and felt the most comfortable moving forward with Otero Construction. They were communicative throughout the process, went above and beyond when the permits took longer than expected, and worked over a holiday weekend to meet a closing date! Their work is impeccable. Everything you'd hope for in a construction company; integrity, follow through, communication, hard work, and craftsmanship. I highly recommend their services.

So, let me start by saying, if you are thinking about a kitchen or bath remodel, prepare to be patient. Don't go into it thinking it will be a perfectly smooth overnight event. That being said, I cannot say enough good things about Otero Construction! Tom and Carla are very responsive and very attentive to detail. We gutted our entire galley-style kitchen and also, re-modeled our master shower. Our house is 25 years old and was in desperate need of a face-lift. The Oteros had great suggestions, they listened to what I wanted and, they did the work in a timely fashion! The end results are gorgeous! Were there a couple of delays?
