Saw Scott this morning and was glad to hear that the situation is fixable. I can recommend Otherside wholeheartedly. I needed a new pump and Cameron who came to do the fix was very helpful and explained exactly what the problem has been. The cost was not excessive.

Scott , Very unprofessional. Overcharged on the price quoted. When questioned, lied. He said, the overcharge was due to rescheduling. However his employee did not tell me that. I rescheduled as it was before our frost date for sprinkler to be reactivated. Next.. He said it was because Cameron was here for more than an hour. That is a fabrication. I have security cameras . Then he said, he won't be back next year. Like I would trust him. His response was rude!!

Men were on schedule to do the work, finished quickly, everything was left in the correct space in the yard and they were, as usual, good to work with.
