Otis Heating & Air Conditioning

Otis is one of a few A/C and heating services local to our area. I moved into the area in 2017 and 2 times in the past, I called their competition and both times had great results. So fast forward to a couple weeks ago. My A/C started acting up. So I got on Google, and looked for local A/C outfits. Called the first number that came up because that's what I'd done in the past. BIG MISTAKE. Instead of who I thought I was calling, I got Otis. But I went along with it. Thinking that an A/C guy is an A/C guy, right??? WRONG!!! They sent one of their "technicians" to my house. Their professional "diagnosis" was that my outside condenser unit was burned up and needed replacement. That would have cost me a few thousand dollars. Otis Heating and Air Conditioning Installed my entire system in 2013 and has serviced it ever since. On January he installed a new heating Kit. Because they now longer manufactured the replacement kit as one piece, they had to fashion a new kit and replace each part.. They completed the task to my complete satisfaction and now I have a warm house again. It wasn't cheap but well worth it

Update March 2026: Well this time our AC was broken, but called Otis and they were here next day, and did a great job, as always! And very competitive prices too! We still highly recommend! WOW! Amazing service and honesty! Thank you Otis for the lightning fast response time and a good price too! We're warm and toasty again! Definitely highly recommend Otis!

My family and I have used Otis Heating & and Air for over 15 years. They get someone out there as soon as they can which is same day most if the time and get the job done. We have used other companies before and have had to always go back to them because they couldn't fix the problem going on. Definitely Recommend!

These people ( from the receptionist to the field technicians) are awesome! Professional looking, friendly, experienced, no nonsense, just listened carefully the issue description, and went right to work. Very careful of the home environment. Repaired / cleaned the drainage issue quickly, and gave excellent on-going maint advice to minimize future issues. Just a great customer experience!
