Spoke with Bridget at office who was very sweet and kind assured me they would take care of everything and got me an appointment the next day. It’s always hard when you have to take care of things my late husband always handled. Her reassurance made me feel a whole lot better and I greatly appreciated everything she did and said. You could say, she went above and beyond. Rob and another gentleman (forgot his name already) came out to make sure my previous water installation went all and even adjusted a few things for me. No wait to get an appointment and for any/all services, very clean with everything, no messes left behind unlike other companies. My install went great! They were super professional, friendly, and Efficient. They got my new tank in, explained everything thoroughly and had my old tank out and everything cleaned up in no time flat.

The guys were very polite and courteous. They were helpful, informative, and knowledgeable. The pricing was a bit higher than I expected but even with the industry standard to bring everything up to code. Would absolutely recommend them.

They did a great job installing my new water heater. Prompt on time and curious guys. Would have given a better rating if they hadn’t left and was out sitting in their truck while the draining process of my old water heater unattended and it leak water thru my ceiling in one of my bedroom closets. I live in an older house where the water heater is upstairs in my attic and they were fully made aware of that before installation. I feel you can’t treat every house the same when installing water heaters as you would basements and lower levels. This could have resulted in electrical issues in my home as a result from it if I hadn’t of ran outside and got there attention of that happening. Not happy about that. As afar as for clean up…They left wet towels upstairs and never brought them down and
