We hired Jody for a complete rewire originally estimated at $25,000. From the beginning, Jody was unreliable, communicated poorly, and lacked transparency. Jody got off to an incredibly slow start on this project, setting us months behind in scheduling and costing us over $5,000 in lost wages and additional labor to meet our deadline. During this time, we requested an updated timeline from him weekly, but the goalposts kept moving. He would go weeks without responding to us, show up without notice, and not show up during times he'd committed to. When we asked that he look at his schedule and give us an accurate updated timeline, he threatened to walk off the job.
