Otterly Baths performed a miracle with our primary bath and we are incredibly grateful! The entire process from working with Lish - their highly knowledgeable, thoughtful, kind, and amazingly helpful designer - who tirelessly answered my every question and went out of her way to assist with product choices including flooring; Wyatt and Clayton - best crew in every way - clean, respectful, mindful, meticulous, do everything right the first time, gifted craftsmen who included me on final location choice for the bench, grab bar, shower fixture, sliding hand-held fixture, niche, and diverter so all of this works perfectly for our specific needs; each of the wonderful ladies at the office who kept me updated as supplies were arriving at their warehouse and helped with all scheduling; Terry - gi

Wyatt and Clinton did a great job with tear out and clean up. They get a 5 star rating from us! The shower installation was seamless and allowed for customization for many of the different options. Wyatt made sure everything was in the right place for us and at the level it needed to be. They worked with the VA to help my disabled veteran get a shower that was accessible for him. The only issue we had was the contract. When we initially had the estimate completed, we had asked for a shower seat to be installed. We had to have another contract written up for the VA and the seat was left off without us realizing it. I'm not sure where the miscommunication was from or just human error. We had a great experience using Bath Masters to remodel our whole bathroom. Blake came to our house and showed us options and made us feel comfortable with the process and assured that our project would be completed as we wanted. He gave us a competitive offer based on other quotes we received. Clayton and Wyatt were our install team and they did a great job. They were professional and courteous. They cleaned up every single day before they left and completed the project in the time they said that they would. Five days for a full remodel seemed ambitious but they finished and it looks great. We are extremely satisfied with our bathroom remodels. We had a bathtub converted into a walk-in shower and another bathtub upgraded. From the representative to the customer support, to the installers, all were courteous, helpful, and very patient in addressing our inquiries. Our experience commenced with Blake; he guided us through the process and assisted us in discussing our preferences for both bathrooms. There was no high-pressure sales pitch. He listened attentively to our needs and provided suggestions based on those requirements. He did not rush us in making any decisions. We had a great experience remodeling our 2 showers. The estimator was very nice and Wyatt and Clayton (installers) were very professional- they laid tarps down, weren’t loud or rude, and installed everything nicely. Everything looks great! Communication with the company was good- they sent update emails and calls throughout the process. I don’t like the framing they put around the window- we weren’t given the option for it to just be a plain, no design look. The design looks cheap to me but that’s just my opinion, nothing was installed incorrectly.
