Had an absolutely beautiful experience with this company! Scheduled a one-time in-depth cleaning for the house and windows to prepare our house for showing and sale. The team that showed up was professional, quick, and really friendly. The results were FABULOUS. Found them through a request for quotes on Yelp, and all communication was quick, timely, and answered all our questions. I've never had a regular cleaning service before, but once I move, I'm looking forward to calling these guys again. They've made my first experience an absolute breeze!

This company totally screwed me! The sent me a link to their calendar to pick a time to schedule a deep cleaning. Once I scheduled it, I received confirmation of the appointment. Then later that evening I was sent an email that they changed my appointment. The next day, they requested to change the day of my appointment. I replied no, it couldn’t be changed because I already had it on the MLS to schedule showings that evening. They disregarded me entirely and changed it to the following day anyway. When I called, he told me that they leave the calendar open to show availability, even if there isn’t, so they can “serve everybody”. I informed him that it isn’t serving everybody when you don’t let somebody know when they can actually count on their appointment time. He said he didn’t like me

After quoting me a cost of $99.00 for bi-weekly cleaning, and providing service at that rate for the past several months, the crew that was hired became disgruntled as they found out other crews were making more. They performed a piss-poor job on my home today. When i requested a partial refund for the poor service, I was denied. When i asked for a new crew, Antonio (the owner/manager) then told me he was “under no obligation to find a crew who would clean for the quoted price.” A reference to a free market economy was mentioned. This is a business without integrity or honor. Do not use.

Awesome, awesome, and more awesome. I don't know what more to say. Professional, timely, attentive, and thorough service. It's like Irma (my house cleaning professional read my mind). Very great business, very great people, very great service. You will not be disappointed. Promise.

I have used Our Maids for years and they have always done an excellent job. I have referred them to family and friends and that is not something I would do unless I was confident in the work they do.
