Out On A Limb Tree Care, LLC

I am very capable, but know my limits. I had one very large limb hanging over a house that needed to be taken down and needed a professional. Michael quoted me $1000 to remove it, and to clear out some incidental dead wood while he was there. After 3 days, I met with him and noticed that the limb had not been removed. Other small things had been done, but the main thing had not. I said very pointedly to him that if that limb was down, I would be happy. If it was not down, I would not be happy no matter how many other things that he did. He indicated that he understood, and asked no further questions.
