Had Outdoor Appearance treat my lawn 6 times a year. Had them for a few years and at first things seemed to be good, but then my lawn started to have weeds and got worse as time went on. Saw the owners once when I initially made a contract with them and once again after I asked Betsy to come out because of issues with the yard. Other than that, contact was mostly by text and not in person even after the weed issue continued. I called to get the issue resolved, but couldn't reach anyone by phone; however, I would get text messages. Was told I can pay an additional fee to address the weeds. Well, I've been paying a fee 6 times a year to take care of the lawn and now they want more money to treat the weeds they were already paid to take care of throughout the year! Unfortunately, Outdo
