Dan seems to be a nice guy, but his work and post-communication fell short of expectations. Initially, I needed him to adjust the spray pattern on a few sprinkler heads. He tried, but they weren’t properly adjusted. I also needed him to raise a few heads. Instead of using pipe risers, he dug out the soil around the heads to “level” them, resulting in the ground around those heads being lower than the rest and a few are beginning to lean forward. After many attempts to reach him, he agreed to come back out, but I am still waiting and don’t expect him to follow through.

My neighbor and I both called this service for lawn irrigation spring maintenance. Neither one of us received a response. If they aren’t polite enough to tell us they’re to busy to take on new clients or for other reasons I don’t see any need to hire them. No stars given out here!!!!
