Avoid at all costs. Save yourself the headache. Outdoor Elements built my pool three years ago, and it has been the worst construction experience I have ever had. Every step of the process was frustrating. Nearly everything had to be redone twice because of repeated mistakes. Communication was extremely poor. At one point, the project manager assigned to my build quit, and the company did not inform me for over two weeks. During that time, no work was done. The construction took more than a year to complete, and the workmanship was sloppy and negligent. Now, three years later, I am still dealing with major issues with both the pool and the outdoor area. This was our second time having a pool built in, but our first time using Outdoor Elements. We wanted to create an outdoor living space rather than just a pool to swim in. From our project manager to the construction crews, everyone was extremely professional. I really felt that they cared about our project as much as did. We were very impressed with the overall end product and the people at Outdoor Elements. This was the second residential pool we had built and felt like the quality and skill of the folks they had doing the work was second to none. They worked with us on some design changes during the process and always kept us up to date on any cost impacts to let us make informed decisions. The project moved along quickly and the project manager communicated with us multiple times during the week so we always knew what the status was. Highly recommend them!

Pool installation was completed in 2022 and we were generally happy with the process and result. However, for residential pools they have provided no warranty support which has made warranty claims with equipment providers not possible. Do not recommend using Outdoor Elements for residential projects until they can commit to supporting basic warranty claims.
