Let me start off by saying that I have a very high attention to detail and I tend to be somewhat critical of home projects. Frankie and his team were awesome from start to finish. There were certain supply issues that were out of his control but he always communicated with me and made my project a priority. Frankie adjusted to changes I had during the project with ease. I would hands down use him again for another project. This finished product was better than I imagined.

We have the patio of our dreams, thanks to Outdoor Living! We had gotten several quotes for a concrete slab patio and different shade structures, but when we met with Frankie of and saw the possibilities of working with pavers, we were sold. Frankie was professional and knowledgeable about the materials and design options available, and gave us lots of things to consider before we settled on design. He was also a fantastic communicator from the jump, setting us up with our own text group for the project and a shared Apple note that we could leave comments/questions in as we worked toward an estimate. This allowed us each to share sketches and renderings of what we were thinking, inspiring more creativity than we would have had on our own, and it really was fun. This also allowed him to r

Working with Frankie and the Outdoor Living crew was a fantastic experience. They did what the said they were going to do and they did an amazing job. My Pavilion, Fire pit, Pizza Oven platform and my grill cubby have changed the entire outdoor/Patio experience for us, our friends and family. Honestly I am wondering what else I can do out there. Edit: 1/2024 Our project broke ground end of August 2022. While the majority of the project is completed and looks amazing, there have been multiple quality issues with electrical/lighting and finishing craftsmanship that have had to be corrected more than once to achieve a satisfactory outcome and are still ongoing at this time. June 2023: Current project in process. The original project was under quoted, what I mean by this is the things we asked for in the beginning were chosen as base prices and it ended up being more expensive for all the “upgrades” to get what we wanted and asked for to being with. The quote we were given was a basic outline, you can’t even tell what part of the project totals what. We had to keep track of our own bookkeeping. We were told 4-5 months to completion,
