Signed contract october 2024 to install tech wood on spancrete deck, remove rotted gazebo wood, replace windows and install gutters. Materials delivered on October 3 2025. Crew arrived October 27 2025. Discussed project it was determined that the leaking I was experiencing would not be resolved with tech wood product. Work progressed on gazebo. October 31 it rained. The area that crew had replaced wood caused extreme amounts of water 15 gallons of water to leak into my home. Discussed leaking with crew on November 3rd. Was advised that placement of adhesive or caulk around the exterior of gazebo was not on the work. Until November 21st continued to remove rain water from gazebo and home. On 21st crew member installed caulk both exterior and interior. Project manager came to inspect
