I tried 2 other companies before calling John and have now been with him for 6 years. He is very quick to respond, honest about options, and always completes the job well. Vinny (& team) open and close our fountain every year and have helped us to save money by finding cheaper options that still work well when something has needed to be replaced. I highly recommend!

John built our pond about 5 years back and I am BEYOND IN LOVE with the service he provides. When first building we all were a little nervous, but he got the job done ON TIME and for a good price. My fish are always so healthy and stay alive in winter. I would never recommend anyone else for the pond.

We recently had a small pond installed at our home in Ossining, NY and we are thrilled. The owner John came out to see our site and discuss what we wanted done. He was very prompt but we were a little hesitant as he said he could not give us drawings before hand. However he gave us a bit of a sketch and was very descriptive about what he would do. The clincher for us was a visit we made to his public installation which I immediately fell in love with. He and his crew arrived at the appointed time and were finished exactly on schedule, (unheard of for a contractor). Even though relative to the size of other jobs he does ours was a small ones neither he nor his crew made us feel our job was anything but extremely important.. After 4 years of servicing my pond, John (the owner) lost his temper at what I certainly believed to be a reasonable request of changing a lightbulb in my pond (a light he installed) - and a service I planned to pay for. Even though he changed bulbs for us in the past, this time he claimed the only way to do so was to drain the pond (around 5-6,000 gallons). Again, not to replace a fixture - just a lightbulb. That seemed excessive and wasteful to me. When I politely pushed back on that, he replied "Look, we're not getting in your [expletive] pond to replace a bulb." Then he hung up on me. You'd think a pond maintenance professional might own a pair of waders... It's incredibly frustrating, especially since we spent ~6k on his recommended installation of a pond filtration system that
